I offer coaching and training for individuals as well as teams. I am skilled at connecting people with ideas and activities that cultivate success habits. I come to coaching from a senior business background, including board level. I am a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. I am a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

My sector expertise spans legal, financial and insurance services. My leadership style, people management and marketing skills have been honed over 30 years of working in the City of London. I have helped a diverse range of people develop their potential and contributed to building successful professional service brands during my career.

I possess considerable marketing and business development expertise, including devising and implementing employee engagement strategies.
